摘要 通过时间相关单光子计数法检测含有杂质的植物油中的荧光光子的寿命,通过其荧光寿命与纯净植物油的荧光寿命对比,以此为依据可以鉴别出植物油中是否掺入其他油.此方法的优点在于利用荧光寿命检测方法不受光源波动、老化以及外界杂散光的影响,而且只要植物油中掺入了其他有杂质的油就能被检测出来,与掺入的油的浓度无关.因此荧光寿命测量对检测植物油的纯度表现出更好的检测精度及稳定性.实验结果也证明了荧光寿命法检测地沟油的方案具有可行性,且样品处理步骤简单,用于检测的用量少,检测结果准确可靠. To detect the lifetime of the photons in different oil samples by time-correlated single photon counting and identifying whether the oil is swill-cooked oil by the fluorescence lifetime of different oil samples. The advantage of this method is using time correlation single photon counting method to measurement fluorescence lifetime, which is not affected by light source fluctuation and aging the influence of the stray lights, It shows that the measure of fluorescence lifetime of swill-cooked oil shows better accuracy and stability. The experimental results show that using the fluorescence lifetime to test swill-cooked oil is feasible, and the sample preparation is simple and needs less dosage, and the fluorescence life of the swill-cooked oil sample is longer than that of cooking oil.
