剖宫产术后晚期出血的临床研究

Clinical Study of Late Hemorrhage After Cesarean Section

目的探讨剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的发生原因、临床特点及治疗和预防措施。方法对经治的21例剖宫产术后晚期产后出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果发病原因依次为子宫复旧不良、子宫切口感染撕裂、胎盘胎膜蜕膜残留、子宫内膜炎。结论严格剖宫产术指征,剖宫产前对患者仔细检查和评估,努力提高剖宫产技术操作水平,有效地控制可能的感染因素、促进子宫复旧是降低剖宫产术后晚期出血的关键。

Objective Discussion cesarean late postpartum hemorrhage causes,clinical features,and treatment and prevention measures. Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of late postpartum hemorrhage after treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Result Causes were poor uterine involution,uterine incision infection tear,residual decidua placental membranes,endometritis. Conclusion Key strictly cesarean section indications,before cesarean section on careful examination and evaluation of the patient,and strive to improve the level of technical operations of cesarean section,effective control of infectious factors may promote uterine involution is to reduce cesarean section late postoperative bleeding.
