慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜采用养阴清热、凉血止血法联合西药治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Heat Cool Blood Yiqi Yin Fang Combined Westem Medicine Treatment in Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

目的分析慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜采用养阴清热、凉血止血法联合西药治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考.方法：选取我院2012年7月～2015年2月收治慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者136例,依照治疗方法不同分为研究组和西医组各68例,西医组患者采取西药治疗,研究组患者采用养阴清热、凉血止血法联合西药治疗,分析两组患者治疗效果.结果：经过一段时间治疗,两组患者中医症状量化积分明显减少,研究组患者中医症状量化积分（0.96±0.22）显著低于西医组（3.61±1.38）,P〈0.05,研究组患者临床治疗总有效率（91.1%）显著高于西医组（80.9%）,P〈0.05,经过一段时间治疗,两组患者血小板计数显著提高,研究组血小板计数（57.92±22.53）与西医组（38.62±18.52）差异不明显,P〉0.05,研究组患者不良反应发生率（13.3%）显著低于西医组（45.7%）,P〈0.05.结论：在慢性特发性血小板减少紫癜患者治疗中,采用采用养阴清热、凉血止血法联合西药治疗能够提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生.

Objective: To observe the heat cool blood yiqi yin fang combined western medicine curative effect in the treatment with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods:136 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in hospital were divided into Western medicine group(68cases) and study group(68 cases) according to the treatment,Western medicine group patients were given treatment of Western medicine,study group patients were given treatment of heat cool blood yiqi yin fang combined western medicine curative effect.Results:TCM symptom score was significantly reduce quantization after a period of treatment, the TCM symptoms integral quantization in study group(0.96±0.22) was significantly lower than Western medicine group(3.61±1.38),P<0.05, clinical overall response rate(91.1%)in study group was significantly higher than Western medicine group(80.9%),P<0.05. Platelet count was increased significantly after a period of treatment,platelet count(57.92±22.53) in study group and the treatment group(38.62±18.52) was not significantly different,P>0.05, the incidence of adverse events in study group(13.3%) was significantly lower than Western medicine group(45.7%),P<0.05.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect was increased adopt clearing away heat, cooling blood to stop bleeding in joint western medicine, in chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
