综合干预对社会因素高龄剖宫产率和母婴并发症的影响

Effects of Comprehensive Intervention on Social Factors in Elderly Patients with Cesarean Section Rate and Maternal and Infant Complications

目的针对综合干预对社会因素高龄剖宫产妇及母婴并发症的影响进行研究.方法：随机选择2015年1月～2015年9月期间,在我院实施分娩的高龄产妇120例,作为本次研究的对象,将其平均分为对照组和观察组,对照组产妇实施常规护理干预,观察组实施综合护理干预.针对两组产妇的社会因素剖宫产率、阴道分娩率、母婴并发症发生率、护理满意度进行比较.结果：在本次研究中,观察组产妇的社会因素剖宫产率为13.33%,对照组产妇的社会因素剖宫产率为45.00%,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义.观察组的阴道分娩率为63.33%,对照组产妇的阴道分娩率为31.67%,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义.观察组的母婴并发症发生率为10.00%,对照组的母婴并发症发生率为40.00%,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义.观察组与对照组的护理满意度分别为98.33%,81.67%,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义.结论：在高龄产妇分娩中,对其实施综合护理干预,可以降低社会因素剖宫产率和母婴并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度.

Objective: To research Comprehensive intervention for older cesarean section of social factors and the impact of maternal and infant complications.Methods:Randomly selected in January 2015 to September 2015, during the implementation of childbirth women in our hospital 120 cases,as the research object,its averaged were divided into control group and observation group,the control group routine nursing intervention,observation group implemented the comprehensive nursing intervention.In view of the two groups of maternal social factors cesarean section rate,vaginal births,maternal and infant complications,nursing satisfaction were compared.Results:In this study, the observation group of maternal social factors cesarean delivery rate was 13.33%,the control of maternal social factors cesarean delivery rate was 45.00%,P<0.05,there was statistical significance. Observation group of vaginal births in 63.33%, he control group of maternal vaginal births was 31.67%,P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Observation group of maternal and infant complications was 10.00%,the control group of maternal and infant complications was 40.00%,P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Nursing satisfaction of observation group and control group respectively were 98.33%,81.67%,P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion:In the age of the puerpera childbirth,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention,can reduce social factors cesarean section rate and the incidence of maternal and infant complications,improve nursing satisfaction.
