基于模块化理论的住宅工业化发展模式研究

Research on the Development Mode of Housing Industrialization Based on Modular Theory

住宅工业化对于推进我国新型城镇化发展具有重要意义,是建筑业未来发展的必然趋势.我国正处于住宅工业化发展的初期,传统住宅产业的生产方式与住宅工业化的内在要求存在矛盾,严重影响了住宅工业化的良性发展.本文基于模块化的相关理论,针对住宅工业化的现实问题,探讨了基于模块化的住宅工业化发展模式,并针对制约因素提出相应的对策建议,以期推进住宅工业化的健康发展.

Housing industrialization makes an important significance for promoting the development of new urbanization,being an inevitable trend of future development of construction industry. Our country is in an initial stage of the development of housing industrialization, and there is a contradiction between the traditional mode of production and housing industrialization, affecting healthy development of housing industrialization seriously. Based on the relevant theory of modularization, the author aims at the reality problems in residential industrialization, and discusses the modularized development mode of housing industrialization, putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to contribute the healthy development of housing industrialization.
