摘要
根据对天津城区综合性购物中心来访者的调查及采访,考察人们对商业建筑停车空间的满意度;再根据人的心理与行为,从停车流线上出入口、停车环境、停车场与商业空间的过渡空间等各部分空间分析,针对导向性和可达性、停车环境品质、商家收费政策等问题,提出了满足人的心理与行为需求的设计策略.
Taking the shopping mall in Tianjin as an example, this paper examined people's satisfaction in the parking space of commercial architecture according to the survey. From the perspective of human psychology and behavior, the space analysis was carried out based on the entrance, parking environment, and business transition space of each part from the parking spaces route. The suggestions and strategies were available for meet human need from the perspective of psychology and behavior, including guide and accessibility of environmental quality, the merchant fees, and parking policy.
