摘要
幼儿教育活动是在教师和幼儿之间进行的,因此,师幼关系就成了教育现象中最基础、最重要的关系。当前师幼关系中还存在着教师对自己的角色定位不准确、幼儿的主体地位未能充分体现、教师的架子没有放下来、师幼之间缺乏沟通与互动等问题。本文认为,作为教师应充分把握好自己的角色定位,以幼儿为主体,以期建立平等、互动、和谐的良好师幼关系。
Early childhood education is carried out between the teachers and kids. So teacher-kid relationship is the basic and the most important. There exists some problems at present,such as the incorrect role definition of teachers,the failure of kid- centered reflection,and the lack of communication between teachers and kids,etc. This paper suggests that teachers should understand their role definition and and treat kids equally to establish the kids- oriented,interactive and harmonious relationship between the two.
