关于高职大学生思想政治教育顶层设计的思考与实践——以武汉软件工程职业学院“职业基本素养培育体系”为例

Thinking and Practice of Top- Level Design of Ideological and Political Education for Vocational College Students——a case study of Professional Basic Literacy Cultivation System in Wuhan Vocational College of Software and Engineering

本文认为,"职业基本素养培育体系"作为高职思想政治教育的顶层设计,从立德树人的根本任务出发,以校本的思想政治教育核心理念统揽全局,对学校教育管理的各个层次、各部门、各要素进行统筹考虑,系统设计,自上而下地构建起一个理念一致、功能协调、结构统一、资源共享、评价规范科学的思政教育的工作体系,能有效提高思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。

Based on high moral value establishment,starting from the fundamental task of cultivating talents,as the top- level design of ideological and political education in vocational college,the Professional Basic Literacy Cultivation System can make an overall plan for the college- based core concepts of ideological and political education,by considering and designing the factors,levels and departments of college education management in a systematic way. Therefore,a working system featured by identical philosophy,coordinated functions,unified structure,shared resources and standard assessment,is expected to come into being from top to bottom,and the ideological and political education can be more pertinent and effective.
