摘要
硫磺制酸转化器由于阻力降上升速率比较快,导致装置生产负荷明显下降、能耗上升、装置触媒筛分的周期缩短、停车次数增加。本文在转化器主体结构不变的情况下,对床层板结构进行改造和更新,以改善工艺操作指标,降低转化器的阻力降,达到节约成本,提高装置生产能力的目的。
Sulphur burning sulphuric acid converter due to the pressure drop increase rate is rapid, resulting in the increased production unit load decreased significantly, rising energy consumption, shorten the cycle device for catalyst screening, the number of parking. The paper in the main structure of the converter constant, on the bed sheets for renovation and, improve process operation indexes, reduce reduced the resistance of the converter, to achieve cost savings, improve the production capacity of the plant.
