一种基于TRIZ理论的环形炉用新型铸造式水冷炉门框的设计

摘要 针对现有环形炉炉门框存在耐热性差、使用寿命短的问题,通过分析现有环形加热炉炉门框的工况及存在的矛盾冲突,建立了冲突矩阵,根据TRIZ理论提供的相应的创新原理的启发,设计了这种新型内嵌连续水冷却系统的铸造式炉门框。现场应用表明,这种新型炉门框效果良好,故障率低,寿命成倍延长。 In view of the existing frame annular furnace heat resistance is poor, the problem of short service life of furnace door frame by analyzing the existing annular furnace condition and the existing contradiction, conflict matrix, is established according to the principle of TRIZ theory to provide the corresponding innovation, designed the new embedded continuous casting furnace doors water cooling system. Field application shows that this new type of furnace door frame effect is good, low fault rate and extend lifespan exponentially.
