摘要
本次研究是以数字化制造为基础,通过在热成型模上增加一套定位压点结构,利用高温下钛合金强度降低,而压点销强度相对较大这一特点,使钛合金板材在热成形的过程中同时标记出多个定位点,此定位点可以达到与零件曲面外形极高的一致性和连续性;然后通过钻模等辅助工装,将定位点钻制成定位孔;再借助激光切割等高精度切割设备,以定位孔作为定位基准,准确加工出零件外形。通过这种方法以实现钛合金蒙皮零件的精确制造,满足飞机无余量装配的要求。
This study is based on digital manufacturing, by in thermoforming mould increased a positioning pressing structure, using reduced titanium alloy strength at elevated temperature, and pressure pin strength is relatively large the characteristics, titanium alloy plate in hot forming process and mark the location points, the positioning point can reach and parts of curve shape of high consistency and continuity;and then through the jigs and other auxiliary tool, the positioning drill into the positioning hole. Then by using the laser cutting high precision cutting equipment, to locate the holes as the locating datum, accurate processing out the appearance of the part. Through this method to realize the precise manufacture of titanium alloy cover parts, meet the requirements of aircraft no allowance assembly.
