摘要
本文结合铁路货车中梁制造过程中焊接收缩量及挠度的实际变化情况,对中梁焊接收缩量及挠度的变化趋势进行理论分析,研究出了一种铁路货车常见结构的中梁焊接收缩量及挠度工艺参数的计算方法,从而统一了相关工艺文件中工艺参数的确定方法,并对计算结果的可行性进行理论分析。实践证明,结果可行。
Coming with the change of welding shrinkage and deflection in the process of the railroad truck centre sill manufacturing,the change tendency of deflection and the shrinkage of centre sill welding are theoretical analyzed in this paper.Both the centre sill welding shrinkage of a common structure railway truck and the calculation method of the technological parameter deflection are developed.Process parameters determination method in the related process files are unified.The feasibility of the calculation results are theoretical analyzed,and the practice has proved that the result is feasible.
