中和轴位置对普通螺栓群承载力计算的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文对等间距排列的螺栓群,分别按照中和轴通过螺栓群形心和通过最下排螺栓轴线两种情况,推导出了受力最大螺栓的拉力计算公式。对比发现,按照前者计算,螺栓的最大拉力比后者要大,同时本文实例也验证了这一点。同时,经过综合理论推导与实例验证,本文认为必要情况下螺栓群在弯矩作用下的受拉承载力验算不考虑中和轴的下移更偏于安全。 In this paper, the algorithm of the bolt group, respectively, in accordance with the neutral axis through the bolt QunXing heart two situations, and through the bottom bolt axis deduced the largest stress of bolt tension calculation formula. Contrast found, calculated according to the former, bolt maximum tension is bigger than the latter, at the same time this paper examples have verified it. At the same time, through a comprehensive theoretical derivation and the example, this paper argues that if necessary the tension bearing capacity of the bolt group under the action of bending moment calculation does not consider the neutral axis down is more safe.
