工业机器人技术在异型玻璃磨边加工中的应用及意义 被引量:2

摘要 国内异型玻璃加工基本上手工完成,且自动磨边设备起步较晚,在机器质量、加工精度、生产效率、使用寿命上与国外机器的差距较大。分析工业机器人技术在工业中的应用前景,在研究异型玻璃磨边工艺的基础上,探析工业机器人在异型玻璃磨边中应用的前景,认为应用工业机器人在异型玻璃磨边中有广泛的应用前景,可明显提高异型玻璃加工质量,降低劳动强度,改善作业环境,提高劳动生产效率,降低劳动成本。 Glass with the Special Shape was processed manually in china, and automatic grinding edge equipments were used recently. There are large gaps between china and foreign such as quality of the machine, the machining accuracy and efficiency and service life. The application prospects of the industrial robot technology in the industry were analyzed, and application prospect for glass with the special shape was analyzed by using industrial robots under studying grinding process of the glass with the special shape. The quality of special glass processing can be improved obviously by applying industrial robots, the labor intensity can be reduced, the working environment can be improved, labor productivity can be improved, labor cost can be reduced. So, glass with the special shape machine has broad application prospects.
