基于汽车职教集团的高职院校社会培训与服务体系建设

The Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges Training and Social Service System of Automobile Based on Vocational Education Group

面向汽车行业构建社会培训与服务体系,是汽车行业飞速发展的必然要求,也是职业院校社会服务能力的重要体现。结合川南地区汽车行业的发展需求及人才培养培训现状,依托政、行、企、校四方共建的汽车职教集团平台,按照"四元联动、多方合作"的集团化办学的思路和互惠共赢、资源共享、同生共长三大原则,构建基于汽车职教集团的高职院校社会培训与服务体系。本文介绍该体系的主要架构及功能定位,并积极探索三类培训模式,面向汽车行业广泛开展各类培训,初步取得了良好的经济社会效益。

The construction of social training and service system for the automotive industry,is the inevitable requirement of the development of the automotive industry,but also an important manifestation of the ability of social service occupation colleges.Combined with the southern Sichuan auto industry development and the needs for talent training situation,relying on the government,,enterprises,school party to build auto vocational education group platform,according to the idea of 'four element linkage,multiparty cooperation group of schools and win-win and mutual benefit,sharing of resources,with total length three principles and build based on auto vocational education group of vocational college social training and service system,and introduces the system architecture and function orientation,and actively explore three types of training mode,for the automotive industry to carry out a wide range of all kinds of training,preliminary achieved good economic and social benefits.
