军队开展公共外交工作平台很大,资源不少,这项工作方兴未艾,可以大有作为。近年来,军队公共外交工作在继承传统的基础上,又有新的发展,在涉外军事活动、国际军事交流等方面开展了丰富多彩的活动。今后,要以更加积极的姿态推动军队的对外开放,要敢于围绕敏感问题讲好中国军队故事,要统筹运用多种渠道和平台提高传播效果,要注重开展公共外交的方式方法。

With a busy present and a promising future, the military can provide a huge platform and abundant resources to the practice of public diplomacy. In recentyears, tradition-based public diplomacy in the military has made new breakthroughs in exchanges with other countries and discussions over international military issues. We should actively promote the openness of China's military, confront sensitive issues to tell China's military story, use different channels and platforms to enhance the effect of communication, and pay attention to approaches to public diplomacy.
