摘要
日本国际交流基金是日语国际推广的最主要行为主体。它利用自身机构性质和事业宗旨的公益性,通过兼顾语言推广与文化知识交流、科学化机构管理、全球化分支布局、积极引进民间资本等方式积极推动日语的国际化,取得了显著的成效。但是,当前多种因素制约着国际交流基金的日语国际推广行为。
The Japan Foundation(JF) is the principal institute for worldwide promotionof the Japanese language. As a non-business public institute, JF is committed to promoting internationalization of the Japanese language and has gained achievements by dint of much language popularization, cultural exchanges, scientific management, global distribution of branch offices, and active introduction of civil capital. However, there are still too many impediments to promotion of the Japanese language.
