摘要
"战略传播"这个概念是一国为实现其战略利益和战略目标对重要的对象进行传播、沟通和接触的活动。当前,人们对其概念的认识还不甚统一,还在深化的过程中,正因为如此,在理论研究和实践操作层面,战略传播还有很大的发展空间。我们应在战略传播的机制建设、传播对象、传播内容等方面积极开展策略研究,为国家战略利益服务。本文提出关于战略传播的一些思考,希望能得到有关领域的研究者实践者的指正。
'Strategic communication' refers to practices involving the widespread dissemination of information as well as contact activities for the purpose of national strategic interest and objectives. Though people currently do not have a clear comprehension of its definition, they are deepening their understanding. There is still room for its development in terms of theoretical research and practice. We should actively carry out research on mechanism building, communication targets and strategic communication content in order to serve our national strategies.
