This article aims to analyze the origins, meaning and goals of 'Heism'. This has inherited the thoughts of 'neutrality' and 'harmony' from traditional Chinese culture, further developing its outstanding aspects by adding vivid modern connotations. 'Heism'merges with the reflections of modernity in the Western world in a complementary way, also corresponding to the exploration of non-Western countries for their own development paths. Thus, it conforms to the development trend of human civilization. 'Heism' implies pursuit of good values, namely building a community of shared future among countries and jointly creating a better tomorrowfor the world.
