法语国家组织包括了全球80个成员国或成员政府,成立之初其关注范围侧重于法语语言及文化推广,发展至今它已经成为了目光扩展到政治、经济、外交各领域已具有相当影响力的国际组织.它以“法语外交”为基础,积极参与国际事务、进行议题设置,消弭组织成员内部分歧。

The Organization Internationale de la Francophonie has 80 member states and governments. It has developed from a promoter of French language and culture to an influential international organization in politics, economy and diplomacy. It takes 'French language diplomacy' as its foundation, actively participates in international affairs, setting the agenda, dissolving differences among its members, so as to form the image of a united organization on the international stage, in a bid to improve the rights of all member states to be heard in the world. These efforts have paid off and yielded expected effects in the organization's diplomacy.
