关于加强“一带一路”国际话语权构建的思考

Thoughts on Strengthening the Establishment of the Belt and Road Initiative to Have China's Voice Heard in the World

“一带一路”倡议的提出是中国构建国际话语权的难得契机,但值得反思的是,中国媒体关于“一带一路”国际话语权的构建还不尽人意,海量的对外传播内容并未产生应有的效果.对此,我们一方面要加强“一带一路”倡议的支撑理论研究,另一方面要改进对外传播的方式方法,充分利用国际媒体平台,以争取更多的国际受众.

The Belt and Road Initiative provides a rare opportunity for China to strengthen its rights to be heard in the world. However, the effects are far from satisfactory so far. Huge amounts of foreign-bound information have not generated the expected effect. We should strengthen research on theories related to the initiative, and reform the manners of China's international communication, makingbetter use of international media to target a wider international audience.
