求同存异中的中西方人权探讨

Preliminary Study on Seeking Common Ground While Reserving Differences in Human Rights Dialogue Between East and West

中国在与西方国家的交往过程中遇到了各种阻碍和挑战.其中,很多问题和分歧是围绕“人权”问题展开的.为了在今后的共同发展中更好地合作,更好地进步,我们有必要更详细地了解中西方人权观念的差异与不同,并在面对这种差异和不同时端正态度,以求同存异的理念指导行动,并贯彻到今后的具体事务之中去.

China meets all kinds of obstacles and challenges in its interactions with the West. Many of the issues and divergences stem from human rights' issues. For better cooperation in common development and progressin the future, we need to grasp the differences of human rights concepts between East and West, hold right attitudes towards these differences, direct our actions with the principle of seeking common ground while reserving differences, and implement the principles in our daily work.
