文章以澳大利亚新南威尔士州立图书馆为例,对其残疾人服务战略进行研究,建议我国公共图书馆应重视残疾人服务工作,在员工招募时应给与残疾人更多的机会,做好残疾人图书馆资源建设,考虑多方合作,用技术改善服务。

This is a study of the strategy of Austrilia in their service to the disabled with the state library of New South Wales as an example. Our public libraries should pay close attention to the service to the disabled, giving more chance to them when recruiting,more materials for them in resource construction,and more facilities for their convinience.
