面向用户的公共图书馆志愿者服务延伸途径研究

Study on the Ways of Extending the Volunteer's Service of the User Oriented Public Library

面向图书馆用户的志愿者服务是近年来我国公共图书馆服务的主要组成部分,也是学术界研究的一大热点。文章在分析当前公共图书馆志愿者服务学术研究与探索实践后,认为公共图书馆志愿者服务应向基层用户倾斜、扩展服务空间、提升服务智慧水平,最后提出了开展基层用户服务、网络服务、真人图书馆服务、智慧服务等公共图书馆志愿者服务的延伸途径。

user oriented volunteer service is the chief component of the public library services in recent years. And also is a hotspot in academic world. The article firstly analyzes the academic research and exploratory practice of volunteer’s services in public library. Then it considers that the volunteer’s services in public library should incline to primary level users, extend the service space and promote the service level. Finally, it proposes several extending ways about volunteer ’s service in public library, which including primary level users’ service, network service, living library and wisdom services etc.
