金川铜转炉作业对铜闪速炉系统排炬影响的摸索与改进

摘要 本文主要阐述熔炼烟气与化工制酸匹配过程中出现的问题,尤其是转炉吹炼过程中开、停风对系统负压的影响情况,通过逐步实施改进措施,使得系统内部炉窑之间的负压影响逐渐削弱,最终达到较好的匹配化运行,改善作业现场环保状况。 This article main talking of the problems which turned up during smelting - gas matching with chemical industry, especially the affects of converter' s operating or cutting wind to the pressure of whole system. The influence of pressure between furnaces have getting down progressively through the measures which have been taken. Finally, the smelting system is matching with chemical industry better and the environment inside the workshop getting up.
