摘要
本文结合某公司300KA电解槽投产以来槽寿命的现状分析,从影响电解槽槽寿命的因素,电解槽焙烧启动及正常期的管理,筑炉质量控制等方面,全面进行了探索,通过加强对电解槽大修质量的严格管理,同时对焙烧启动过程中的技术改进,槽寿命得到了显著提高。
Based on a company's 300 ka electrolytic cell production life trough present situation analysis, from the factors affecting the service life of electrolyzer tank, the roasting of aluminum reduction cells start and normal management, construction quality control, etc., has explored in an all-round way, through strengthen the strict management of electrolyzer overhaul quality, at the same time in the process of roasting start technical improvement, to improve the life trough significantly.
