摘要
铝粉除钒法是一种重要的粗四氯化钛精制工艺。针对钒含量较高的粗四氯化钛,首先从热力学角度分析了铝粉除钒工艺的可行性,然后对铝粉除钒工艺关键控制过程TiCl3浆液制备过程及其影响因素进行了系统的分析及讨论。
The method that remove vanadium by aluminium powder is an important refining technology of crude titanium tetrachloride.According to the higher content vanadium of crude titanium tetrachloride,Firstly, through the angle of the thermodynamic, we analysed the feasibility of the technology that remove vanadium by aluminium powder. Then we systemic analysed the preparation process of TiCl3 serum which is the key control process of the technology that remove vanadium by aluminium powder and the influence factor.
