摘要
本文立足大学生职业指导实践,以广东医学院药学本科专业为例,以"人职匹配"和人本主义作为理论基础,提出在高校开展多元化职业指导的必要性,着力于寻求多元化职业指导的方法和措施,并从职业指导全员化、全程化、全面化三个方面来阐述高校药学本科专业多元化职业指导的应用,达到解决大学生就业难的问题,提升大学生个人就业核心竞争力的效果。
In this paper, it will focus on the undergraduate students' career counseling practice and enumerate the classical example from pharmacy major of Guangdong Medical University. Based on the human-job match and humanism theory, we suggest that it is a necessary to carry out the diversification of vocational guidance and seek the diversified methods and measures of vocational guidance in university. From the vocational guidance, whole-staff-participation, whole-coursing, it also illustrates in comprehensively the vocational guidance applications on the pharmaceutical undergraduate major, in which may solve and improve the problem and the core competitiveness of students' employment, respectively.
