摘要
由于海岛自然环境复杂且特殊,一旦发生安全事故救援难度较大。研究海岛工程爆破过程中多种因素对作业安全的影响至关重要。本次研究理清了影响海岛工程爆破作业安全的24个主要影响因素,并且运用解释结构建模(ISM)构建了递阶模型。另外在此基础上,运用层次分析(AHP)定量分析得出各影响因素的权重排序。计算结果表明:在24个主要影响工程爆破作业安全的因素中,关键影响因素为违法作业、隐患排查与治理能力、安全教育培训和异常天气,其权重值分别为0.421、0.379、0.370、0.320,此评价结果使影响海岛工程爆破作业安全的各因素影响程度更具有明确性。
It is difficult to deal with rescue event in islands accident due to the complex and special natural environment,so it is necessary to study the influence of various factors on the blasting safety in island engineering.24 factors influencing the security of island project are constructed by a hierarchical model with Interpretative Structural Modeling Method(ISM).Meanwhile,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was applied to quantitatively analyze the weight ranking of each influencing factor.Results show the key factors including illegal operation,hidden danger investigation and control ability,safety education and training,and abnormal weather come from the 24 factors.The weights of critical factors are 0.421,0.379,0.370 and 0.320,as the key points,which should to be paid attention in safety operation as the evaluation factors.
