不压井作业油管堵塞器研制 被引量:3

摘要 针对常规油管堵塞器尺寸普遍较大,封堵效果差,并易发生工具下井遇阻情况,或者下井后工具动作不灵活等问题,研制了新型小直径液压堵塞器。该堵塞器通过钢丝作业封堵油管,座封的液压堵塞器控制油管内流体的喷出,确保堵塞器下井顺利并且动作灵活、可靠封堵。室内研究表明,该堵塞器可承受压差35 MPa,耐温70℃,顺利实现丢手、密封和打捞。 According to conventional tubing plugging device size generally larger, the plugging effect is poor, and prone to downhole tools blocked situation or under well tool action is not flexible problem, the new small diam- eter hydraulic plug was designed. The plug through the wire operation to seal the tubing, block the hydraulic plug to control the flow of fluid inside the pipe, to ensure that the plug is smooth and the action is flexible, reliable sealing. The results show that, the plug can withstand pressure of 35 MPa, temperature of 70℃, the smooth realization of releasing, sealing and salvage.
