摘要
本文从当代左翼思想家斯拉沃热·齐泽克的意识形态对象化这一视角出发,研究艾格尼丝·史沫特莱的《大地的女儿》和《革命中的中国妇女》如何在左翼思想的框架下书写、认同中国妇女以及如何通过女性跨文化书写重构自我。就内容而言,史沫特莱塑造了献身民族解放、追求女性独立的中国女性形象;就形式而言,她采用了"百纳被"的拼贴叙事和叙事易装等策略模糊了自我与他者界限,巧妙地把自我投射在他者身上。
In light of Slavoj Zizek's definition of the term ideology, this paper has a comparative study of Agnes Smedley's two works Daughter of Earth and Portrait of Chinese Women in Revolution to reveal how her leftist ideas provide a framework within which she gets to know, writes about and identifies with Chinese women and how her transcultural writing reconstructs the self. In terms of content, Smedley portrays those Chinese women who are devoted to Chinese revolution and are in pursuit of women's independence; in terms of form, she employs narrative strategies including collage and narrative transvestism to project the self into the image of the other, thus blurring the distinction between fiction and nonfiction, and the self and the other.
