自助图书馆:打通阅读服务“最后一公里”的实践——北京市朝阳区24小时自助图书馆建设

Self-Service Library:Practice of Breaking “the Last Kilometer” of Readering Service——Construction of 24 Hours Self-Service Library in Chaoyang Dsitrict,Beijing

目前,北京市朝阳区自助图书馆已形成网络,成为朝阳区公共图书馆服务体系的重要组成部分和传统图书馆的有益补充,并构建了科学的运维保障体系、文献保障体系、功能完善机制、群众参与机制。但是在建设过程中,其出现了以下问题:一是日常维护工作有待提升,二是文献配置、配比缺乏更细致的针对性,三是主动宣传意识不强。因此,今后朝阳区自助图书馆会在运维管理水平、资源保障能力、正面宣传影响力方面进行提升与发展。

Self-service library network has been formed in Chaoyang District, which has become an important part of Chaoyang District public library service system, a beneficial supplement of traditional library, and constructs system of scientific operation and maintanance, document security, function development, and masses participation. The following problems appear in the construction, firstly, daily maintenance needs to be promoted, secondly, literature allocation and ratio lack pertinence, thirdly, it needs initiative promote. In the future, Chaoyang District self-service library would improve operational management level, resource guarantee ability and promote in positive ways.
