Objective To investigate the intervention effect of collaborative nursing model in the treatment of patients with en- terostomy. Methods 120 cases of low rectal cancer patients from January to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group(n=60).The patients in control group were treated with usual care, while the patients in treatment group were treated with collaborative nursing model. The seff-nursing capability and stoma skin situation were recorded and compared.Measurement data was processed by t test,P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results On the day of discharge and one month after discharge, the self-nursing knowledge,self-nursing skill scores of treatment group were (11.98 ± 4.97), (16.90 ± 3.05),(7.10 ± 3.93),(10.44± 2.34)points,superior than that of the control group [(8.33 ± 5.21),(14.15 ± 3.40),(3.94 ± 3.06),(7.69 ± 2.87)points],the differences were statistically significant(all P〈0.05).One month after discharge, the scores of stoma skin discoloration, erosion degree and total score were (0.39 ± 0.18),(0.11 ± 0.01),(0.59 ± 0.20)points,lower than that of the control group [(0.84 ± 0.56),(0.67 ± 0.27),(1.71 ± 0.87)points],the differences were statistically significant(all P〈0.05).Conclusion The use of collaboration nursing model can effectively improve the seff-nursing capability in patients with enterostomy, promote the coales- cence of stoma skin.
