摘要
运动模拟器是车辆、动感座椅等实物仿真的重要设备,三自由度并联运动机构成为模拟航向、俯仰、侧倾等运动的实用机构。对设计的气动三自由度运动机构进行控制,采用单片机作为控制核心,通过DA转换器控制气动比例方向阀,驱动3个气动缸进行两转动一平移的三自由度运动。该运动机构结构及控制简单,成本低,运动特性良好。
Motion simulator is an important equipment which is used in physical simulation of the vehicle and dynamic seat.parallel mechanism with three-degrees of freedom has become a practical mechanism when simulating course, pitch, roll motion. In this paper, the design of the pneumatic three-degree of freedom motion control use the single chip microcomputer as control core to control the pneumatic proportional directional valve through DA converter and drive 3 pneumatic cylinder to make two turns and a translation. The movement mechanism and the control system have the advantages of simple structure, low cost, and good motion characteristics.
