摘要
为了设计控制性能更好的变频恒压供水系统,分析并建立具有纯时滞一阶惯性环节的系统数学模型;使用MATLAB/Simulink PID整定工具求解变频恒压供水系统PID控制器的参数整定问题,优化设计变频恒压供水系统的PID控制器,这种方法不仅起到优化设计变频恒压供水系统的目的,而且自动化设计程度更高,很大程度上减少了控制器设计的工作量。
In order to design a water supply system with stability and reliability, A frequency-conversion speed-regulation constant pressure water supply system is studied and analyzed in this paper.A mathematical model of system is established to obtain a pure hysteresis and one order inertia model. MATLAB/Simulink PID tuning tool is launched to achievePID parameters forfrequency-conversion speed-regulation constant pressure water supply system. The method can not only optimize the design of a reliability and stability system, but also reduce the workload of controller designed.
