摘要
在电梯的平衡系数不变的前提下,电梯超载保护装置才能对电梯的安全运行发挥有效的防护作用。如果电梯在使用过程中,其平衡系数意外更改(如轿厢的装修、对重块质量的改变),而超载保护装置未及时得到调整,则超载保护装置就很可能起不到应有的保护作用。借助电子式压力传感器,对轿厢及对重两侧悬挂绳张力进行实时监测,使超载保护装置能随着平衡系数的改变而实时自动调整,保证其能可靠工作。
When we confirm the reliability of the overload device for the elevator, the important premise is that the balance coefficient remains constant. If the balance coefficient changes (such as car decoration, the change of the counterweight filler), and the overload protection device may not be adjusted promptly, the overload protection device cannot play a protective role. In view of this problem, this paper proposes a new concept and solutions to eliminate such effects. Considering the change of the balance coefficient, the system can make real-time automatic adjustment for the overload protection device, with electronic pressure sensors on both sides of the suspension rope tension to ensure the safety of the device.
