摘要
某分离机构利用对限位片的剪切破坏实现一定力作用下的可靠分离,作为关重件的限位片由纯铝制成,在保证分离机构工作过程中实现预定力作用可靠分离,需要对纯铝制成的圆环形薄片进行精确设计。根据实际工况,利用仿真分析和试验研究等方法,确定了薄铝片的厚度,为解决实际工程问题提供了可靠依据。
A separation mechanism utilized the shear failure of a limit sheet under a certain force to achieve successful separation. As the vital section ,the ring-type limit sheet is made of Aluminum in order to ensure the separation successfully under a predetermined force, a accurate design of the ring-type limit sheet must be executed. Based on the actual conditions, utilize the numerical simulation analysis and experimental research methods, c.onfirming the best thickness of limit sheet is 0.4mm. This study provides a reliable basis to solve the practical engineering problems.
