摘要
物资采购管理是项目管理的重要组成部分,采用正确的采购管理模式可以有效地减少建设成本,依靠有限的人员来提高采购效率,对工程项目的顺利实施和盈利有着重要的意义。海外欠发达地区市场尚不成熟,物资供给经常不足,且市场操作不规范,给项目实施造成很大风险。以非洲国家某地区为研究案例,探讨欠发达地区物资采购的管理方法,为海外欠发达地区建筑企业的物资采购管理提供具有借鉴意义的采购措施和方案。
The management of material procurement is an important component of project management. Right mode of procure- ment management can effectively reduce the construction cost and improve the procurement efficiency without requiting additional personnel, therefore it plays a vital role in the smooth and profitable implementation of projects. The immature market in under- developed overseas regions often leads to inadequate supply of materials and non-standard operations, posing significant risk to the implementation of projects. Based on the case study of a region of an African country, this thesis aims to probe into the man- agement methodology of material procurement in underdeveloped regions, so as to provide some insight and proposals which may assist construction enterprises in managing their material procurement in underdeveloped overseas regions.
