胃镜下间歇多次扩张在食管良性狭窄治疗中的应用价值

Value Analysis Intermittent Under Gastroscope and Multiple Expansion Application in the Treatment of Esophageal Benign Stricture

目的:分析胃镜下间歇、多次扩张在食管良性狭窄治疗中的应用效果。方法:研究对象为本院随机抽选的80例食管良性狭窄患者,均分为两组,对照组40例实施胃镜下单次扩张治疗,观察组40例实施胃镜下间歇、多次扩张治疗,对比分析不同方法治疗后疗效。结果:观察组治疗有效率、复发率、术后狭窄段直径、复发时狭窄段直径与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食管狭窄患者采用胃镜下间歇、多次扩张治疗,应用安全且效果显著。

Objective Application effect analysis of endoscopy intermittent, multiple expansion in benign esophageal stenosis. Methods The 80 cases subjects were randomly selected from hospital benign esophageal stenosis patients were classified into two groups, 40 cases of a single embodiment gastroscopy expansion of treatment, observation group, 40 cases of intermittent gastroscopy embodiment, multiple dilation, comparative analysis after the effect of different methods of treatment. Results The effective rate, compared to the recurrence rate, postoperative narrow segment diameter, the diameter of the stricture recurrence with the control group, a significant difference, P 〈0.05. Conclusion Application security and the results for esophageal stenosis intermittent gastroscopy and multiple expansion are obvious.
