普林格尔产后康复治疗仪促进乳汁分泌及预防产后出血临床观察

Pringle Postpartum Rehabilitation Instrument in Promoting Milk Secretion and Prevent Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:探讨普林格尔产后康复治疗仪在促进乳汁分泌及预防产后出血的运用效果。方法:选择516例产妇为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规康复治疗和普林格尔产后康复治疗仪治疗,比较两组观察对象的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后乳汁分泌情况、子宫复旧效果和产后疼痛程度均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后康复治疗中应用普林格尔产后康复治疗仪,有助于降低产后出血发生率,促进乳汁分泌。

Objective To investigate the Pringle postpartum rehabilitation instrument to promote milk secretion and prevent postpartum hemorrhage, the use of the effect. Methods 516 cases of pregnant women were selected randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group were given conventional rehabilitation therapy, and Pringle postpartum rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus in the treatment, compared two groups of concept of treatment effect. Results after the treatment, the experimental group milk secretion, uterine involution and postpartum pain intensity were significantly better than the control group, compared with statistical significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion postpartum rehabilitation application Pringle postpamma rehabilitation inStaLment, helps to reduce the incidence of postpartum bleeding rate, promote the secretion of milk, clinical high promotion value.
