异质性社员参与农村资金互助业务的博弈分析

The Game Analysis of the Heterogeneous Members Who Participate in Rural Financial Cooperatives

随着农村金融准入门槛的降低和农村合作经济组织的蓬勃发展,农村资金互助社在我国一些地区也得到了快速成长。资金互助社社员之间的资金互助合作一定程度上缓解了社员的融资约束,解决了社员的生产生活资金需求;然而资金互助社内部社员异质性结构突出,给农村资金互助组织的治理结构带来了很大变化,对其绩效产生了一定影响。在社员异质性背景下,分析异质性社员参与资金互助的行为,构建均衡社员之间利益分配的制度与激励机制,促进资金互助社资金互助业务的可持续发展。

With the lowing of the entry threshold of rural financial set- ups and the booming of rural cooperate economic organizations; rural financial cooperatives have been growing rapidly in some areas of China. Because of the development of rural financial cooperatives,the financing constraint farmers faced has been alleviated and their demand for loan has been satisfied in some degree. However,the heterogeneity among the participants in rural financial cooperatives makes a great challenge for the rural financial cooperatives' structure governance and performance. With the background of heterogeneous participants,this paper introduced a comprehensive and perfect dynamic game model to analyze the behavior of heterogeneousmembers,who participate in rural financial cooperatives,and then put forward the interest's allocation institutes and incentive mechanism,to promote the sustainable development of rural financial cooperatives and mutual help in funds business.
