40余年，从青涩女生到双鬓华发，戴淑真把蓬勃的妙龄、深沉的中年和桑榆情深的爱心，全都献给了医院。针对疑难杂症，她创造性地开辟新诊疗路径，结合中医疗法研制出“三术克异汤”，对治疗某种妇科疾病具有良好的效果。为提高腹腔镜水平，她利用黄岛分院建院时机，多次联系外地相关医院，派遣科内年轻医生外出进修，组织他们分别到上海、北京等地参加腹腔镜手术演示，提高青大附院腹腔镜诊疗影响力。
For over four decades from a young girl to a middle-aged woman,Dai Shuzhen has been dedicated to her job in the hospital with a lot of love.In order to treat difficult diseases,she has made innovation to create a new prescription using traditional Chinese medicine,which is of great help to treat a kind of gynecological disease.She sent young doctors in her department to go further study abroad and improved the reputation of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University in laparoscope diagnosis and treatment.In 2015,she was awarded Good People in Shandong and Civilized Citizen in Qingdao,and became the only doctor in Shandong to win the honor of Lin Qiaozhi Cup ? Good Doctor in the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics,which is the top award for obstetricians and gynecologists in China set by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.
