不同高红外固化工艺对卷钢粉末涂料耐溶剂性能的影响

摘要 研究了在高红外(700~1100nm)固化备件下,一步固化和两步固话工艺对涂层耐溶剂性能的影响,结果表明:在两步固化工艺冬件下涂层的耐溶剂性能相对一步固化更优;在此基础上,进一步研究了两步固化中各阶段固化时间对涂层性耐溶剂性能的影响,优化出能满足涂层耐溶剂要求的固化工艺参数。 Under the condition of high infrared (700 - 1 100 nm) curing, the effect of one-step and two- steps curing process on solvent resistance of powder coating was studied. The results showed that the coatings had better solvent resistance by the two-steps curing process than by one-step curing. On this basis, the effect of curing time on the properties of the coating was studied by the two-steps curing process. The curing process parameters could meet the requirements of coating solvent resistance were optimized.
