摘要
现代涂装工艺要求对车身的耐腐蚀性能越来越严苛，而往往在车身涂装完成后可能会因设计不足、工艺方案不完善等方面的问题导致车身的局部位置在1～2a内出现锈蚀问题，针对车门包边部位局部锈蚀的问题进行了分析及解决过程的经验共享。
The corrosion resistance of the car body is becoming more and more severe. Sometimes after the painting for 1 - 2 years, the car body will be rust because of the technical or design problems. The side of car door corrosion problem was analyzed.
