主要针对DURR机器人汽车内板喷涂技术进行了阐述和说明,重点介绍了内喷站输送方式的类型和优缺点、内喷站机器人布置、雾化器配置、车身辅具等,并通过对A汽车公司SUV新车型的调试经验总结出轨迹制作要点和喷漆调试的质量控制要点。
The key points of car body interior painting were summarized in this article, including conveyor style and its advantage and disadvantage, layout of robots, configuration of atomizer and so on. And some experiences of painting commissioning and quality control were summarized through the process of A company＇s SUV module commissioning.
