摘要
为加强对特种设备获证单位和授权机构的监督,督促其持续满足许可或授权条件,强化鉴定评审的把关作用,质检总局特种设备局依法依规对获证单位和授权机构逐年进行监督抽查。本文通报了2015年对140家获证生产单位、检验检测机构和授权的锅炉能效测试机构、鉴定评审机构的监督抽查结果,公布了对不再符合许可或授权条件、严重违反相关法规单位和机构的处理意见,提出了下一步工作要求。
In order to strengthen supervision of special equipment certified entity and authority, to urge them to meet the conditions of the license or authorization and strengthen guarantee effect for identification and assessment, Special Equipment Safety Supervision Bureau of AQSIQ made a supervision check on the certified entity and the authority according to the law. This article informed supervision and checking results of 140 certified production units, inspection bodies and authorized boiler energy efficiency testing organization, released the handling comments on the institutions and agencies who no longer meet the conditions of the license or authorization or violated relevant laws and regulations, meanwhile put forward job requirements for the next step.
