Summary of the Question of Radiographic Inspection Found During Supervision Inspection of Pressure Vessel Manufacture

压力容器是对人身和财产安全有较大危险性的一类特种设备,在工业生产和人们生活中得到了广泛的应用。射线检测技术在保证压力容器的安全性上起着非常重要的作用,但在压力容器的制造监检过程中,发现了许多射线检测方面的问题,本文针对这些问题进行归纳和分析,以期引起监检人员和射线检测人员的足够重视,在压力容器的制造过程中能及时发现问题、解决问题,提高检验检测质量,从而保证产品的安全性。

Pressure vessel is widely used in industrial production and people＇s life. However, pressure vessel is a kind of special equipment, with great danger to personal and property safety. Radiographic inspection techniques play a very important role on the safety of pressure vessels. During supervision and inspection, some questions of radiographic inspection are found. This paper summarizes and analyzes these problems, aiming to cause the inspection personnel and the radiographic testing personnel＇s attention, so that the problems in the process of pressure vessel manufacturing can be found and solved in time. The quality of the inspection would be improved, and the safety of the pressure vessel would be ensured.
