摘要
针对一起卧式内燃煤粉锅炉的预燃室顶部鼓包变形的案例,本文从预燃室钢板材质和锅炉运行状况进行了综合分析,并采用Fluent软件对预燃室内煤粉的燃烧工况进行了数值模拟。结果表明:造成鼓包变形的原因是燃烧器燃料喷管弯曲变形,燃烧器火焰偏离预燃室轴向方向,预燃室局部长期超温运行,钢板过热,材料劣化,导致材料的室温强度、高温强度、持久强度及硬度大幅下降,在外压作用下,钢板屈服变形,形成鼓包。
This paper analyzes the reasons of a bulging deformation case in prechamber of horizontal type internal- combustion coal boiler. The steel plate material and boiler operation conditions are discussed. FLUENT is used to simulate the combustion condition in prechamber. The results show that the reason of bulging deformation is bending deformation of fuel burner nozzle, which makes burner flame deviating from axial direction of precombustion. The deviating leads to longterm overheating operation in precombustion, overheat and degradation of steel plate, that results in sharp declines in room temperature strength, high temperature strength, endurance strength and hardness of the material. Under extemal pressure, steel plate is yield deformation and bulging deformation takes shape.
