摘要
本文在对一起地铁车站自动扶梯倒溜事故进行了分析,主原因为主驱动链条断裂和附加制动器未可靠动作;通过对主驱动链条的材料、制造工艺、装配工艺、维护保养和附加制动器动作情况的详细分析,最后从设备本体安全和管理两个方面提出相应的解决措施和避免类似事故再次发生的几点建议。
In this paper, the main reasons of the accident are analyzed, that is the main drive chain is breaking while the additional brake is not reliable. Through the analysis of main drive chain of material, manufacturing process, assembly process, maintenance and additional brake operation in detail, and finally from the two aspects of the device ontology security and management, this paper puts forward the measures and suggestions.
