摘要
目的研究大叶铁线莲全草的化学成分。方法采用75%的乙醇提取,利用正反相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等分离方法从全草中得到单体化合物,根据理化性质和波谱技术鉴定化学结构。结果从大叶铁线莲全草的正丁醇萃取部位分离得到5个单体化合物,分别鉴定为刺楸皂苷G(1)、3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、红毛七皂苷D(3)、yemuoside YM32(4)和异荭草素(5)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。其中化合物(4)是从本属植物中首次分离。
Objective To determine the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Clematis heracleifolia. Methods The whole plants were extracted with 75% methanol, and the crude extract was purified by silica gel, ODS, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographiess, and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the puri- fied compounds were elucidated by their chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as kalopanax saponin G (1), oleanolic acid-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-α-L- rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 →6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2), cauloside D (3), yemuoside YM32 (4) and isoorientin (5). Conclusion All the compounds have been isolated from Clematis heracleifolia for the first time. Compound 4 has been isolated from Clematis for the first time.
